This template does not require a rating on Wikipedia's content assessment scale.
The original article containing the series overview table, Template:Pokémon season summary, was replaced by someone to serve as a footer section, which is reasonable. Per the MOS:TVOVERVIEW section, I think it's still reasonable to include the original table as well, since it contains useful information (season numbers, episode counts, start and end dates) that is time-consuming to glean elsewhere in the Pokémon (anime) article.
