Although this was in Category:Scottish Parliament membership navigational boxes I have also added it to Category:Scotland politics and government navigational boxes. This is because it includes the Alba Party, which while having councillors and MPs (albeit not elected under that label), does not have any representation in the Scottish Parliament. Also its leader, Alex Salmond, is not a current member of the Scottish Parliament. Equally it has been the case in the recent past that the leader of the Scottish Conservatives was not an MSP, so this situation could arise again in the future. Makes sense. The issue was probably caused by me changing the template from being about 'Leaders of the political parties in the Scottish Parliament' to 'Leaders of political parties in Scotland'. The change made sense to me for the reason you highlighted around Douglas Ross. I then added Alba because it seemed reasonable to include any party with at least one MP or MSP.
