cleanup needed, names not in order and redirect confusion[edit]

I started putting the names in lexical order and numbers in numerical order, so that the template delivers what it promises "By name (alphabetical)". I assume that meant in alphabetical order.

However I stopped at S.45 Seaford due to confusing redirects. (it redirects to Short Sunderland which mentions S.45 under "Sunderland Mark IV" which in turn points to Short Seaford). I do not want to put a cleanup tag on a template so I'll just leave this note for anyone that cares.-84user (talk) 02:10, 29 June 2008 (UTC)[reply]

I've done a rejig of this navbox here: to bring some order into things I've divided the aircraft into pre & post 1921 (ie the introduction od officil type numbers). Any comments on or amendments to what I've done would be welcome, before I actually replace the present navbox. After about half an hour trying to sort out all those early naval floatplanes I begin to lose the will to live...TheLongTone (talk) 14:41, 3 June 2012 (UTC)[reply]
