The Traitors (Предатели) is a Russian 2024 documentary mini-series dealing with corruption among high-ranking politicians in the 1990s. The movie was made by Alexey Navalny's Anti-Corruption Foundation with Maria Pevchikh as narrator.
The Traitors has triggered a conversation about the 1990s in Russian society.[1][2]
The stated aim is to explore how Russia lost its way in the years following the collapse of the Soviet Union.
