Thresholds

Thresholds is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization founded in 1959 serving persons with mental illnesses and substance abuse problems in Illinois.[1] Thresholds has over 1,000 employees offering support programs in Chicago, its suburbs, and nine surrounding counties.[2][3] Thresholds is the largest community-based mental healthcare provider in Illinois,[4] providing services to more than 7,000 people with mental health and substance use disorders every year.[5] Its main office is in Ravenswood, Chicago. As of 2023, the organization has 10 consecutive years named to the Chicago Tribune Top Workplaces.[6][7][8]
