This is something I've been vaguely thinking of doing for some time, to give any edits I make here a bit more legitimatcy, and to give any constructive critics a real name to send comment to, as opposed to four tildes and a string of numbers!

Let's see. Slightly over fifty. Resident in the North of England, but Welsh by nationality. Just about capable of doing simple undemanding edits on the Welsh-language Wiki, just so long as people realise that functional bilinguality means you have the right to make spelling and grammatical errors equally well in both languages.

Known and notorious as AgProv on tvtropes, the Terry Pratchett/Discworld wiki, h2g2, deviantArt.

Known by "A.A. Pessimal" on FanFic.net and AO3, where I reasoned an author name beginning with "A.A." would put me fairly near the top of the list as well as evoking a Pratchett character renowned for his attention to detail.

Known by my own given name on Facebook, Yahoo Mail, and the Military Modelling magazine forums.

Occasionally published for real money in various magazines.

Might have something worthwhile to bring to the "proper" Wiki but I am not used to academic formality - got out of practice at this when I got my M.A. and said goodbye to academia in the middle-late 1980's. Will therefore need advice, guidance and occassional slaps.
