Hello, Wikipedia!

My name is Alanna and I'm really excited to be a brand new Wikipedian. I live in Toronto, Canada and work in communications. I thought getting involved here would be a good endeavour outside of my work life.

Fun facts about me: I worked on the hitchBOT project, I have interviewed Anthony Bourdain , and I used to have a college radio show called Your Mom Goes to College (I was 19...).

I hope to help make information about local Toronto things more accurate, and/or to write new articles about Toronto things I know about and love.

I'm just getting started, learning, and trying to absorb all the available information about being a valued member of this community. I look forward to trying to start making small edits soon :). If you have any advice, please let me know!
