One of the greatest-selling and most awarded artists of all time, he has received 20 Grammy Awards over the course of his music career. He was ranked the 2nd top producer of the decade in 2010 by Billboard. He was nicknamed the Voice of a generation, The King of Gospel, Prince of Christian pop, The Prince of Pop, and The Voice. He's received praise for such albums as Humanity and Graduation. In 1982 age 15 he launched his fashion brand Champions. He launched his second fashion brand in 1992. In 2013 he got signed to Adidas with his new brand Yeezys. In 1999 he launched a suit fashion brand called Fitted Luxe.Before Fame
He remixed soul and baroque songs into his music, studied under his mentor, No I.D., and traveled to Japan. He start singing at the age of 3. He had his first singing appearance at age 5 singing "My funny Valentine."

He was the main character on the 1977 hit sitcom The facts of life. His 1987 album Humanity became the greatest-selling album in history, winning thirteen Grammy Awards and having thirteen songs reach #1 on the Canadian charts. He's recognized as the Most Successful Entertainer of All-Time by the Guinness Book of World Records.
Family Life
His father Santiago, is the 23rd Prime Minister of Canada since 2015, and his mother Isabella Garcia-Menendez is the queen of Canada. He married Lani Hale-Menendez in 1991. They have four son's Jamal and David and Percy and Preston and one daughter Diamond. He has one sister, Danni Menendez-Kravitz who appeared on Chuckie and the Jacksons with him. His nieces are Zoe Kravitz and Lola Marie Kravitz.
