About Me[edit]

I am the president and former executive director of the Professional Football Researchers Association. I have been researching and writing about pro football history for over thirty years. In that time, I have published two books, edited two books, contributed to a fifth book, and wrote numerous articles. I have won multiple writing awards, the latest being the 2012 PFWA Dick Connor Writing Award for Feature Writing. My writing has been featured on National Football Post, Cold Hard Football Facts, The Packer Report and The Coffin Corner. I have also appeared on Fox Sports Radio, ESPN Radio and WGR (Buffalo), as well as several podcasts.

Over the last few years, I have started writing about space exploration. I have focused on astronaut and test pilot oral histories and am currently writing a book on the X-20 Dyna-Soar program.

Articles I have created (or overhauled):[edit]

Robert Crippen - Took from a "C" grade to a "B" grade and is being evaluated for "Good Article."
