Here to contribute towards nonprofits and NE Wisconsin charities. Also modern drama and weird, obscure industrial design.

Self-Promotion[edit]

My name is Eric Schreiber, one of about 2,000 in the world it seems. I currently live in Northeast Wisconsin. My studies have taken me from Kiel, Wisconsin to Kiel, Germany with stops in London, Munich, Brussels, and many, many more. I am a writer, currently focusing on a play I hope reaches the stage in 2017.

Despite my generic name, my interests are quite varied. During my undergraduate studies I focused on publishing and American History. I received a Masters Degree in English from the University College London in 2015 with a specialty modern drama and copyright law. I spend what little I make from writing, travelling; so I can have something to write about.

Literature[edit]

Literature and creative writing takes up the majority of my free time. I like plays that I can read through in both one hour and one month. I consider myself semi-knowledgeable in the following areas/authors:

  • Beat Generation Drama
  • Neil LaBute
  • Tom Stoppard
  • Joe Orton
  • American Frontier Fiction
  • Sylvia Plath

I am currently working my way through the canons of Wyndham Lewis, Samuel Beckett, and Neil Simon.

Nonprofit Work[edit]

While at UCL I worked with the student run nonprofit marketing agency FreeHype. I worked with several nonprofits to get their marketing campaigns off the ground. I plan to use Wikipedia to inform the world about nonprofits I see positively reshaping our society.
