The 2023 Philippine KOL Summer Brawl Finals, also known as the 2023 Beyond The Clouds Philippine KOL Summer Brawl Finals for sponsorship reasons, was a best-of-3 championship series of the 2023 Philippine KOL Summer Brawl, and the conclusion of the conference's playoffs. The Team Thirdy & Friends and the Positibo Gang competed for the 1st Philippine KOL Summer Brawl championship and the 1st overall championship contested by the league.

A First Finals Match for the 2023 Beyond The Clouds Philippine KOL Summer Brawl Finals where the 5-seeded Positibo Gang upset the top-seeded Team Thirdy & Friends. Positibo Gang defeated Team Thirdy & Friends in three-hard-fought games to win their 1st title in Philippine KOL Summer Brawl League. Having previously defeated the ninth-seeded SE Vivabois in Semifinals. Positibo Gang and Team Thirdy & Friends entering the series to get the 1st Philippine KOL Summer Brawl Championship. Silvers Rayleigh was named the 1st Finals MVP for this series.
