Template to try and stop insanity after a self-nom oppose:

Hi, (whoever). I want you first to know that you are completely free to discuss this issue right here on this page. I wonder, however, if you might consider discussing this on Kurt's talk page instead. You may or may not know that Kurt tends to oppose based on being a self-nom and it has been discussed quite a bit at Wikipedia. Here is the first RfC, here is the subsequent ArbCom request and finally here is the second RfC. You may find it useful to see the different viewpoints there.
