Erica Shea Bell is a student. She will always be a student because one of her philosophies in life is that one should never stop learning and one should strive to learn something new each day. She researches a multitude of different fields, seeking to find the commonalities of life, the universe and everything within it. She often tries to link things which one would not think that there are a common link for. Her favourite fields to study include Law, Biology, Anatomy, Art, Literature, History, Philosophy, Motor Mechanics, Chemistry, Physics, Psychology, Sociology, Weapons, Poisons, Music, and Combat. There are very few things which do not fascinate her.

"Dark are the days when thoughts do not dwell in the minds of men." Perhaps one of the most profound things she has ever been known to say, though at the time she spoke with wisdom beyond her years. Such has always been her case though. Ever has she been one to live within and outside the world of the norm, seeing what is in the world, but at the same time, living in a world all her own, for she wanted, and still wants, little to do with the world of the mortal human.
