Welcome to the UserPage of FireWalkWithMe27♣(talk) 23:07, 18 November 2020 (UTC). If you knew that my username was a reference to David Lynch's Twin Peaks, I'd say we ought to be friends. I don't really need to know much more about you.
Lynch is, of course, my favorite director, and Twin Peaks my favorite television series. As for non-Lynch interests, I'm big into watching combat sports like UFC or another league I only recently learned of, Pancrase (co-founded, I believe, by the incredible Minoru Suzuki!). I have a love-hate relationship with professional wrestling - I grew up watching WWE for years and years, but the product the put out nowadays is depressingly bad. I was big into AEW for awhile, but then they started with stupid storylines that were intended to be funny (as well as providing no medical care to at least 2 concussed wrestlers), so I can't support them anymore. Nowadays, if I'm going to watch wrestling, it'll usually be NJPW. It probably doesn't hurt that, although they may be stupidly goofy too, I don't speak Japanese. I speak Spanish, so I watched some Mexican wrestling for awhile, during which I rued the days spent becoming bilingual.
Speaking of Bi-stuff, I'm bisexual. I was at one point diagnosed as bipolar and I have two functioning legs, so I am indeed the fabled Bisexual Bilingual Biped. I'm neither proud nor ashamed of this. I don't think it's reasonable to be proud of something you had no control over and didn't have to work for. I've only had girlfriends, never a boyfriend. I'm 32 and feel the time for new experiences is running out, so I'm aiming to date a man in 2021.
Unlike multitudinous numbers of other people, I will not lie and say I like all music (or it's cousin, "I like some of everything"). I do not. I'm primarily a rock fan. I'm big into Classic Rock (Zeppelin, The Beatles, Floyd, Jethro Tull, etc. etc. I like lots of rock subgenres - I'm a HUGE fan of Tool and of Devin Townsend, I like Gary Numan, Nine Inch Nails, David Bowie, Alice in Chains...I'll stop there. It's November 18th - if I wrote all the bands I really enjoy, I am confident I'd still be writing next year.
I'm making this account to replace a different account: Yesitsraining. I abandoned that account out of embarrassment, actually - I made a few edits when I was less than sober. I deleted things, changed link destinations, a bunch of stuff. All of it was in Good Faith and I thought I was right, but the masses disagreed. The whole situation was upsetting, so I decided to make this account and start off with a clean slate. It's sad to part with that account, though - it was going on a decade old.
I don't know how often I'll be on Wikipedia going forward - I often binge on Wikipedia for a bit then forget its existence for months. Regardless, feel free to contact me...just don't be surprised if I have answered a month later. I do and will, however, always reply eventually. I'd say that's good enough for now.
