A good article evaluation can take a number of forms. The most essential things are to clearly identify the biggest shortcomings, and provide specific guidance on how the article can be improved.

I like the addition of an education section. It gave more insight into how she ended up where she did. If you could include what she studied, that would be awesome, but if you can't find that information, that's okay too :)
The medical career section was very interesting. Did she have any other careers in the medical field?
