There have been numerous edits to the article from various IP addresses at USFamily.net (NetRange: 64.131.0.0 - 64.131.63.255), beginning on February 19, 2006. As the edits are all similar, I believe that the same anonymous user is involved. It seems the user is connected via dial-up, or is otherwise assigned a dynamic IP address, because the IP address usually changes with each new edit or series of edits. Nearly all of these edits have been disruptive though I am not at all certain this is the user's intent.
Because the user's IP address keeps changing, I am not sure if he or she is seeing the user talk page messages I've left, since each page is relevant to only one of these IP addresses. Similarly, the one time (as of this writing) that the editor became so disruptive as to warrant a block, I wasn't sure how effective this would be against a single, temporary IP address.
But as the activity hasn't shown any signs of subsiding, I've created this page to keep track of these IP addresses, at least for my own reference. -- Gyrofrog (talk) 15:23, 9 March 2006 (UTC)
