COI declaration[edit]

Hi All, I want to declare that I work for Verismic as a contractor and would like to clean up the tone of the Verismic article and then have it go live. Any help/ suggestions/ edits are welcomed.

Hi Heidi, please read Wikipedia:COI, particularly the section [[1]]. This should give you an understanting of Wikipedia's policy the matter. Ideally, one shouldn't be editing articles where its difficult to have a neutral opinion. Clovis Sangrail (talk) 00:54, 5 January 2012 (UTC)

Hi Clovis! Yep, had already read the COI, which is why I thought it best to say that I work for Verismic up front. I've been tasked to create this page, so I really don't have a choice, but I'm going to do my best to make sure every statement has an outside reference and the article has a neutral tone. Financial uncertainty of European subsidiary companies[edit]

You removed the section on the financial status of the European subsidiary companies. It was misleading to state that Verismic is a DBA of Sparxent USA Inc because Verismic trades in both Europe and the US. The original section did not say that Verismic is a European subsidiary - just that THE European subsidiary company had some financial uncertainty. This is clearly relevant to the main article. The referenced material is in the public domain in the EU and may be freely published. Please try to avoid giving the impression of a Wikipedia:COI by selective editing of the article. The whole point of Wikipedia is that anyone can add any relevant material that can be backed up with verifiable references. Wikipedia is a public forum and may not always paint the subject of your article in purely a favourable light.87.114.124.211 (talk) 09:32, 16 February 2012 (UTC)
