Hello! I discovered wikipedia quite recently, enjoy browsing here, and soon felt the compulsion to contribute by adding the glaring omissions (well, ok, personal favourites then if you prefer!). My user name was created originally for a yahoo bird site and was then reused as I couldn't cope with multi-identity. It's incomprehensible to birders, embarrassing (for me) to speakers of Japanese, and only intelligible to English birders who speak Japanese. If you want to know ask someone who fulfils both criteria.

I very much enjoy reading other people's articles about all sorts of things (a random article a day) and often find little problems that need ironing out.
