User:Historical Trains

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Hi, I'm Historical Trains, and I edit Wikipedia pages for informational accuracy and post Public Domain Images for everyone to use freely.

Trains have fascinated me for long, especially the old ones. Those steam engines, coaches, viaducts, and station have mesmerized me.

But, When I tried to find information about Mumbai's Railways on Wikipedia, I found many pages either having inadequate information, or none at all. Hence, I decided to add some missing pieces myself, and help complete the Puzzle. Hopefully, these will be useful for someone sharing my interest, my love for heritage. Or might spark interest regarding the same to others.

As a personal note, I am an advocate for saving our heritage. Of course not a real one, nor someone who fights, but there is just something that makes me like rail heritage like anything. I feel bad when some old relic is lost, and feel blissful on finding some relics myself.

Well, my mission is to improve the Historical information about railways in Wikipedia, and help out those hunting for those bits of information.

As a side work, I would publish 'Mumbai Railway Heritage' related photos in Public Domain, whenever I come across something, something that just seems 'old-ly' beautiful !
