I don't even know what I'm supposed to be doing here.

I am just wading into the wide world of Wiki. My name is, in fact, Ian, and I do in fact have a colleague named Ian that we have referred to as Ian Vivo. I am currently starting a PhD in Neurological Science at McGill University in Montreal. I frequently use Wikipedia as a tool and an information source, and thus am pleased to give a little back by sharing my expertise in Biochemistry, molecular biology and neuroscience.
