Do we want to refactor the article to focus on the term Asian American and its uses?

I performed a partial revert of the good-faith edit by Wallace Edward Brand. I agree that David Lowman's book contributes to the description of MAGIC's role in the internment decisions. However, the text I removed is not appropriate for an encyclopedia, although we can and should provide specific references (i.e., with page numbers) to any and all books that support statements in the article. Precisely who had access to MAGIC, and who precisely made the decision,

I removed the recently-added section on Redress and merged select copy into the previously-existing Compensation and reparations section. I would not oppose renaming the section to Compensation and Redress. The rationale for this edit is as follows: The definition of redress is inappropriate; the references to atrocities is POV; the remaining copy duplicates material in earlier revisions of the article.
