The School of Engineering^[1] offers undergraduate, graduate, and postgraduate levels of engineering programs on behalf of the Faculty of Applied Science at the University of British Columbia’s Okanagan campus.

In this school, undergraduate students follow a common first-year curriculum which sets the foundation of knowledge before deciding on a specialization going into their second year and beyond^[2].

Undergraduate Programs

There are currently four undergraduate specialization programs offered by the School of Engineering, namely: Civil engineering, Mechanical engineering, Electrical engineering, and Manufacturing engineering.^[2]

Minors

There are currently two minors offered by the School of Engineering, namely: Computer Science minor, and Management minor. Both of these minors require admission into the program through an application process^[4].

Options

There are currently three options offered by the School of Engineering, namely: Biomedical option, Mechatronics option, and Resilient Infrastructure Management (RIM) option. All of these minors require admission into the option through an application completed between May 1st and May 31st^[5].
