Coefficient Format[edit]
The point from last 4 tournaments will be included to calculate the Coefficient, however just 1/4 of the points of the oldest tournament will be included, just 1/3 of the points of the 3rd-oldest tournament will be included, just half of the points of the past tournament will be included and all of the points of the current tournament will be included.
Champions League Bonus Points[edit]
Points awarded as follow:
Group 4th place= 1 point.
Group 3rd place= 2 points.
Group 2nd place= 3 points.
Group 1st place= 4 points.
Loosing in Quarterfinals= 5 points.
Loosing in Semifinals= 6 points.
Runner-Up= 7 points.
Champion= 8 points.
Champions League Knockout Stage[edit]
The points are awarded by series, not from matches. Points awarded as follow:
Winning the series= 3 points.
Advance thru "Away-goals rule" or "Penalty-kick Shootouts"= 2 points.
Eliminated thru "Away-goals rule" or "Penalty-kick Shootouts"= 1 points.
Loosing the series= 0 points.
Champions League Group Stage[edit]
The same points obtained during the competition. Points awarded as follow:
Each Win= 3 points.
Each Tie= 1 point.
Each Loss= 0 points.

The points are awarded by series, not from matches. Points awarded as follow:
Winning the series= 3 points.

Unions Cup Group Stage[edit]
The half of the points obtained during the competition. Points awarded as follow:
Each Win= 3 points, meaning 1.5 points for coefficient.
Each Tie= 1 point, meaning 0.5 points for coefficient.
Each Loss= 0 points, meaning 0 points for coefficient.
Unions Cup Regional Stage[edit]
1 point is awarded for each regional champion and have granted a berth in the UCGS, while the Runner-Ups and 3rd places must play a single-elimination Repechage to advance to the UCGS. This tournaments are "CONCACAF Challenge Championship", "NAFU SuperLiga", "UNCAF Interclubs Cup" and "CFU Club Championship".
Unions Cup Repechage Stage[edit]
No points are awarded, however the Runner-Ups will host the 3rd places in a single-elimination Repechage to advance to the UCGS. This tournaments are "CONCACAF Challenge Championship", "NAFU SuperLiga", "UNCAF Interclubs Cup" and "CFU Club Championship".
Club Allocation[edit]
The Champions League Title Holder have granted a berth in the Group Stage of the next Champions League season. The CLTH will always be the Team1 of its Domestic League. If such league is not from top 7 ranked leagues, for tournament purposes the Title Holder's league will be re-ranked as the #8th.
The Unions Cup Title Holder have granted a berth at least in the Play-Offs Stage of the next Champions League season. If the UCTH do not qualify by any other way, the club will get the lowest berth of its Domestic League, namely Team4 for associations 1-2, Team3 for associations 3-6, Team2 for associations 7-15, a Wildcard berth is granted in the PRNC for associations 16 or lower as a special Team2. For 7th to 15th ranked leagues, if the CLTH and the UCTH are from the same league, the Wildcard berth will became the Team3 of such league. If the CLTH and the UCTH are from a different league, ant the UCTH do qualify for Champions League by its own way, the Wildcard berth will became the Team2 of association 16.
The league champions from the top 8 countries automatically enter the "Group Stage" of the competition, whereas the league champions from 9-16 ranked countries automatically enter the "Play-Offs Stage" of the competition, whereas the league champions from 17-32 ranked countries must go through the "Qualifying Stage" of the competition, whereas the league champions from 33th or lower ranked countries are not able to enter to the main competition and must enter to the Challenge Championship qualifier for Unions Cup.
A maximum of 56 clubs can play in the CONCACAF Champions League
Associations (1-8)[edit]
Associations 1-2, have 3 direct berths in the "Group Stage" and 1 berth in the "Play-Offs" (PRNC); Associations 3-6, have 2 direct berths in the "Group Stage" and 1 berth in the "Play-Offs" (PRNC); Associations 7-8, have 1 direct berth in the "Group Stage" and 1 berth in the "Play-Offs" (PRNC); Does not include berths for "Regional Tournaments".
Associations (9-16)[edit]
Associations 9-15, have 1 berth in the "Play-Offs" (2QRC) and 1 berth in the "Play-Offs" (PRNC); Association 16, have 1 direct berth in the "Play-Offs" (2QRC) and may have 1 berth in the "Play-Offs" (PRNC); Does not include berths for "Regional Tournaments".
Associations (17-32)[edit]
Associations 17-24, have 1 direct berth in the "Qualifying Stage" (1QRC), as seeded clubs; Associations 25-32, have 1 direct berth in the "Qualifying Stage" (1QRC), as not-seeded clubs; Does not include berths for "Regional Tournaments".
Associations (33-48)[edit]
Associations 33-40, have 1 direct berth in the "Challenge Championship" (CCGS), but excluded from Champions League; Associations 41-48, may have 1 direct berth in the "Challenge Championship" (CCGS), but excluded from Champions League; Does not include berths for "Regional Tournaments".
