Well hey-ho here we go...

My main interests in wikipedia are all thing Indian, from the Indus Valley civilisations at Mohenjodaro and Harrapa, though the Mogul Empire to the British Era in India and beyond.

As a qualified engineer I am also interersted in all things scientific, from Newton to Cosmology. Although my knowledge of such things is usually limited to works by Hawking, Penrose and Hofstadter.

My main artistic passion is music, cannot appreciate classical, but prefer Rock of practically any sort from 1960s to the present day, as well as Blues and Jazz. Live music of any kind is fabulous, and music festivals are an experience everyone should enjoy at least once.

I like most art, but prefer the Baroque styles of Claude and Poussin.

Sporting, in order of preference, cricket, rugby, football (a long way 3rd).
