Hi! My name's Jeffrey Kopp, otherwise known as Kopper, and I live in St. Louis, Missouri.

I am the former owner/operator of GaragePunk.com and several other websites. My extracurricular activities ranged from DJing at KDHX (The Wayback Machine radio show, 1995-2006), running GaragePunk Pirate Radio/Radio Mutation (podcast network), producing several music podcasts, running a local record label (TIRC Records), helping to produce a few punk music fanzines (Lifestyles of the Poor & Ugly, Pipeline, and Head in a Milk Bottle), running a website dedicated to corkball and fuzzball, and being involved with the Baden-Powell Service Association, now known as Outdoor Service Guides.
