X.org and free software graphics driver developer.

Started developing the unichrome graphics driver in 2003 as part of xfree86, got commit access to to X.org in september 2004. Have, over the years, acquired a lot of insight into how X.org politics work, and how xfree86 was torn down.

One of the core developers of the radeonHD graphics driver, the driver which primarily helped AMD to free ATI (we at SUSE were primarily responsible for freeing the documentation), to the extent that ATI is still free today.

After massive lay-offs at SUSE Nuremberg in February 2009, i am now working for a partner of nokia.
