musiXtools ist eine in Norddeutschland beheimatete Einfraufirma, in der Musikinstrumente in sorgfältiger Handarbeit angefertigt werden. Zunächst werden zwei Modellreihen akustischer Stompboxen, angeboten.

Pocket Stomp

Diese kleine, von Hand gearbeitete Stompbox aus Mahagoni, entwickelt einen ganz großen Sound. Je nachdem welches Schuhwerk verwendet wird, lassen sich Sounds zwischen Snare und Bassdrum verwirklichen. Einfach die 6,3mm Klinkenbuchse des Pocket Stomp mit dem Eingang eines Bass- oder Akustikgitarrenverstärkers oder dem Mixer einer PA verbinden und die Vorderkante oder Oberfläche des Pocket Stomp mit dem Fuß oder auch mit der Hand bearbeiten. Die Maße: ca. 85x85x30mm Das Gewicht: ca. 80 Gramm, leichte Abweichungen bei Gewicht und Maßen sind möglich.

Big Foot Stomp

Wer sein Instrument im Stehen spielt, findet es unter Umständen bequemer den stompenden Fuß in einem flachen Winkel aufzustellen. Dafür ist das Big Foot Stomp ideal. Wie auch beim Poket Stomp wird der Sound des Big Foot Stomp sowohl vom Schuhwerk, als auch vom Material des Untergrunds beeinflusst. Die 6,3mm Klinkenbuchse wird mit dem Eingang eines Bass- oder Akustikgitarrenverstärkers oder dem Mixer einer PA verbunden. Auf der Unterseite befinden sich rutschfeste Füße aus Moosgummi. Die Decke und der Boden der Soundkammer sind aus Mahagoni, das Brett auf dem die Ferse aufliegt ist wahlweise aus Meranti oder aus Mahagoni.

This small handmade mahogany stompbox creates a really great sound. Depending on the sort of shoe you are waring, different sounds varying between snare and bassdrum can be achieved. Just connect the 6,3mm output jack of the Pocket Stomp with the input of a bass- or acousticguitaramp or with the mixer of a PA and stomp with your foot or hands onto the frontedge or surface of the Pocket Stomp. Dimensions: approx. 85x85x30mm Weight: approx. 80 grams.

Big Foot Stomp engl. version

When playing the instrument in a standing position you may find it more comfortable to put on the stomping foot in a flat angle. For this, the Big Foot Stomp is ideal. The edge under wich there is the PU, is only 8mm higher than the board on wich the foot is positioned. This way you will have a naturall posture when playing the instrument. As with the Pocket Stomp, the sound of the Big Foot Stomp is influenced by the art of shoe you are waring as well as by the material of the floor. The 6,3mm output jack is to be connected with the input of a bass- or acousticguitaramp or with the mixer of a PA.
