Norah Manning Fulcher[1] ( – 24 June 1945)[2] was a British artist.

The Book Prize awarded to Norah Fulcher, of Chancery Lane (Birkbeck Institute) School of Art, for her study, is given principally on account of the skilful use of the material in which it is painted.[3]

To mark the occasion of his presidency of the Iron and Steel Institute, 1920-1921, a presentation was made at Redcar, recently, to Dr. J. E. Stead, F.R.S., by his past and present pupils and students. The presentation took the form of a water-colour portrait of himself, painted by Miss Norah Fulcher, the well-known London artist.[4]
