Kraków - many cite errors, air pollution section missing (it was apparently added but removed due to extremely low quality political sources).

Plan:

• search history using Wikipedia:Tools#Page_histories and fix cite errors (potentially reverting damaging edits)
• search history whatever proper air pollution info ever existed
• look at plwiki for sources
• look at other city articles considered high quality - how air pollution is described?
• look for good sources about air pollution (scientific rather than political/opinion spam)
