My name’s Rose and I’m a paid editor, working in the digital media team at the Royal Opera House in London.

I’ve joined Wikipedia to contribute to editing opera and ballet synopses. I’d like to work with other editors to make synopses as clear and accurate as possible, without bias towards particular productions or companies.

I’ve read through Wikipedia’s guidelines regarding conflict of interest, neutral point of view and verifiability, and will endeavor to follow these in all of my contributions. If I make substantial changes to an article, I’ll consult the opinions of other editors on the Talk page beforehand. I also appreciate that Wikipedia is a work in progress, and have read the guidelines regarding ownership of articles.

Before editing pages directly related to the Royal Opera House and its resident companies, The Royal Opera and The Royal Ballet, I will consult other editors via the articles' Talk pages. I’d also be happy to act as a resource for other Wikipedia editors on questions relating to these organizations – please do get in touch on my Talk page or by email.
