Speedy deletion nomination of Humberto Oviedo

Hello. I received your message and I kindly accept your opinion on the wiki rules. I am a new user and had no idea of providing a citation. The fact is I am from India and had obtained the information via newspapers and I don't know any digitalized versions of that. If I find one then I will definitely add it as a citation.
