I am a graduate student in School Of Information Sciences at University of Pittsburgh doing my Masters Program in Information Sciences program (MSIS). I am also Graduate student Assistant and Teaching Assistant for the course Software engineering in MSIS program.

I have my bachelors degree in Computer Science and Engineering from Vishweshwaraiah Technological University India and possess 6 years of experience as a software engineer. I have worked on all phases of software development life cycle in different domains like Investment banking, retail and Telecommunications, mainly worked on Java/ J2EE technologies.

During my under graduation I am certified as IBM certified developer. I got research exposure for couple of years from which I got my motivation to pursue higher studies. My work "Task based widget advertising" went on to be published in multiple conferences. As a part of summer internship, I have worked on Machine learning and Natural Language processing algorithms in Department of Biomedical Informatics.
