GURURadio.net [1] was founded by Craig J Evans and conceived on the 4th of July 2009, with live broadcasting beginning on the 26th of February 2010. GURURadio.net is a 'genre' station playing one to two hour slots of genre-specific music,complimented by regular "GURU sessions". "GURU sessions" feature inspirational people from all walks of life who could be considered either experts or influential in their particular field of excellence. GURURadio.net treads the middle ground between commercial stations and community stations.This station exists to give a voice to the general public (which may otherwise go unheard).A forum to express hopes and concerns for our planet ,as well as a means for positive change.
