Where my name comes from

I don't want to give my actual name away, but Sam Ann isn't far off, Sam is the nickname given to me by my close friends, but was also used in my English class in Sixth Form as I shared a first name with another girl in class.

A little about me

My permanent home is in Surrey, but I'm studying Japanese ab initio with Tourism and Leisure in Liverpool, and live in a residence. At home I live with my parents, brother, sister and Dalmatian. I lived in Ireland when I was very young and France before moving to England in 1997. I hope to be a teacher or a writer in the future.

Writings and Doodles

Two of my biggest hobbies are writing stories and drawing, at the moment, I have a pile of projects to work on between studies.

Sam & Slam

When I can, I work as a beta-reader for my siblings in their own fiction. My sister (nicknamed Slam) is honing her techniques through a story partially inspired by Tokyo Mew Mew, Japanese Mythology, and geography. When she's happy with the stock I might put it online for people to read.

Team Rage

I help out with a group known as Team Rage. This consists of a group of fantasy writers writing intertwining stories from different perspectives. It also has a separate section known as 'The Fourth Wall Complex' (TFWC for short) in which real-life situations are adapted into a comic form. While I am writing stories for the said website, they are intended to be created as a comic when I hone my skills.

Due to issues with hosts and education (since most of the team are students) Dragoon Rage, Team Rage's online HQ, is down, however, we are creating a game with the use of RPG Maker
