Hello fellow Wiki enthusiasts. Never have I been so proud of the human race than when I have the time to skim the pages of Wikipedia and other Wiki projects. I am of a mixed heritage and travel extensively (I am currently in West Africa) and I love all things culture and cuisine related! Wines, spirits, meats, cheeses, vegetables!!! You name it, I love it.

I am currently working on a section for Wiki CookBook, it should highlight perhaps 130 recipies I have had the great pleasure of creating with a good friend from the chicago institute of cullinary arts. The main focus is in grilling, smoking, and generally available and rustic ingredients. No fat saving techniques Im afraid, but I do preach modesty in consumption.

Recipies (focus) Middle Eastern (quite a few Iranian and Lebanese influenced creations) West African (mostly Senegalese and Beninese influences) Pan European (twists on common favorites with emphasis on spice mixtures and hybrid sauces) North American (Im sorry, but American Grillers have serious talent, Emph. smoking, wood mixtures, meat aging "Essential")

And a few from here and there!!! I estimate the entire project will be available by the end of 2008 (still working photography and tweeking some recipies for presentation purposes)
