Ivan Tarvich is one man of many people who has plans for his future, once a leader of Ukraine and then a Belarus Terrorism Insurgency, current Ivan is the leader of Afghanistan. He is well known for using his admin powers to make himself look epic and cool but also uses his admin powers in a way to make his wars always go in his way, such an example would be when he took no action against his allies when they broke a major rule including "Group Advertising." Ivan Tarvich is the one responsible who plotted the division of the Ottoman Empire and the disability in the Middle East.
