Solo Parent is the screen name Robin has gone by online since 1996, when she first filed for legal separation, then divorce. She created SoloParents, an online group at AOL and has continued to grown in membership. Today there is over 23,000 plus members at the Single Family Voices, the Forum area of Single Parents Network.

Robin has been making her way through college all while raising four boys, buying a home, and working. This is not an easy situation, but she is noted as always saying, "As Long As My Children Our Safe, I Can Do Anything, I Am Women." In the same spirit she wrote a Kudos to single parent at Solo Parents Network. Her beginning at web page, social networking and web design can still be seen at Solo Parents Network
