Introduction[edit]

Tom Charman was an artist based in the New Forest, in southern England. Some of his carvings are in the care of the New Forest Heritage Centre in Lyndhurst.

Early life[edit]

Charman was born in Horsham, Sussex on 14th March 1863^[1].
