Sacombank (Saigon Commercial Joint Stock Bank) is a Vietnamese joint stock bank founded in December 21, 1991 located in Ho Chi Minh City. Currently, it is worth 5 trillion VND, making it one of Vietnam’s biggest banks by net worth The name Sacombank is a shortened form of Saigon Commercial Bank.

Sacombank was founded in December 21, 1991 by Dang Van Thanh. Dang Van Thanh was chairman and CEO of Sacombank until November 2, 2012, where the position of chairman was transferred to Pham Huu Phu and he was chairman until 2017. Currently, the chairman is Duong Cong Minh

The National City Bank heritage located in the Bund of Wuhan, China.
