I visited the Everett Community College page on Wikipedia, and found three aspects of it worth commenting on: Sports, Buildings, and the Campus. Everett Community college was found in 1941, so its wiki page should have a lot of information about the school then and now about the Sports, Buildings, and Campus.
The school offers a few sports to their students both male and female. Sports like Basketball, Baseball, Soccer, Track, Cross Country, and Volleyball. Everett Community College are missing some sports that are popular in the state or country. For example, they don’t have the sport of Hockey and hockey is a big sport in the city of Everett because of their hockey team The Everett Silvertips. It doesn’t make any since why Everett Community College doesn’t have a Hockey team if one of their cities teams has a Hockey Team. Another Sport that EVCC does not have is the number one sport in the country, Football. Everett Community College will get more attention if they had a Football team. Seattle is just 30 miles south of Everett and their professional team is the Seattle Seahawks. A lot of Football players from high school would love if they get recruited from a University Football team but what if they don’t. Will they can choose plan B and play at a community college and keep doing what they love to do and maybe go for the pros.
Everett Community College has been building some new buildings that their wiki page hasn’t talked about yet or talk about their history before. This past year the school build Dorms for students and they are building more that will be open by September 2017. Usually you never hear that a community college have dorms, only universities. Also in the wiki page they only talk about a couple buildings and when was it build and how many classrooms it has but it doesn’t show all of the buildings just the ones that were built from 2000,2009, & 2011. Everett Community College was found in 1941 so it didn’t have any buildings until the year of 2000?
This school has a ton of clubs but none of them are mentioned in the wiki page of Everett Community College. They should have all the clubs in this page and what do those clubs do and represent. Also the wiki page doesn’t really mention about the library and the tutoring center and sure you can go the Everett Community College main website but it should be there in their Wikipedia page as well.
