About[edit]

In an interview posted on March 17, 2020, Mia explained that "No Lie" and "Hush" are her two favorite songs and would recommend them to anybody.[2] In another interview, Mia explained that when going, "back and forth from place to place I miss my bed."[3] She also mentioned that the first thing she does when she gets to a hotel is "check the cushiness of the mattress and the pillows."[3] In her purse she keeps compression stockings and braces for her left knee and right ankle as they tend to get sore, she noted.[3] Another thing Mia mentioned was that she likes to listen to calming music before going on stage to calm her "hyper and overstimulated" nervers.[3]

Some interesting facts about Mia are shared across other wiki's for K-Pop artists (let it be known that these are unreliably sourced and anyone could've wrote this)[4][5][6]

Career[edit]

2019-present: Debut with Everglow[edit]

On February 19, 2019, a video posted on Stone Music Entertainment's YouTube channel revealed that Mia will be the second member of Everglow.[7] She is the main vocalist and dancer of the group with her representative color being red. Being in the spotlight, Mia debuted with Everglow on March 18, 2019 with the group's first single album release, Arrival of Everglow, and lead single "Bon Bon Chocolat."[8][9]

Line Distribution[edit]

According to Spotify, currently, Everglow's top three most played songs are "DUN DUN," "Adios," and "Bon Bon Chocolat." Of these three, Mia has 32% of the lines in "DUN DUN" as well as "Adios," and 31.6% in "Bon Bon Chocolat."[10][11][12][13] Mia gets a fairly large portion of the lyrics, considering she sings a third of the time and Everglow contains six members. On the other hand, she is the main vocalist and dancer of the group. However, this isn't completely unheard of in the K-Pop industry. Many K-Pop companies try to make an effort to create a balance in the group. As Angelina says, a company might try to make the "forgotten member" or underrated member stand out more by giving them more up front screen time or by giving them an outfit that stands out from the rest of the group.[14]

Other Ventures[edit]

Endorsements[edit]

On June 26, 2019, Yuehua Entertainment announced to the public that Mia and the Everglow group were endorsed by Cottiny, a jewelry company.[15]
