Article Assessment

Fashion Law

This article would attract people who are interested in fashion, law, or both. They may be researching different kinds of law that exist. They would be looking for information about what fashion law is, how long it has been around, the salary range, where one can go to school for this kind of law, etc. They may have some knowledge of the topic if they are in law school or thinking about pursuing law as a career.

This article does not satisfy these requirements. Further expertise is not necessarily needed for the article. However, more content is needed. The article has been flagged for sounding like an advertisement. The flag occurred on October 2016. This is an issue that I can address with my edits. Compared to similar law articles, there is just less information in this article, and the overall tone could be more encyclopedic.

Double Consciousness

The purpose of this article is to inform readers on the topic of double consciousness. Users that might be interested in this topic are probably students, users that are interested in learning about the experience of minorities in society, and people that are interested in social issues and discourse. This page has strong potential at fulfilling this purpose. It just needs a little clarity and organizations to get it where it needs to be. Users on the talk page have addressed that elaboration is needed for the article. Also, some have mentioned the relevance and importance of the topic, so hopefully these users will be there to collaborate throughout this project. Compared to similar articles, this page is lacking in organization and citations, but that can be fixed!
