"公民不论社会地位、职业、性别、经济状况、种族、肤色、宗教或政治信仰，其人格、尊严、自由都是平等的。" ？种族、肤色和中国有多大关系？宗教，邪恶宗教呢？政治信仰？叛国的政治信仰呢？X奴抄袭他的主子的条文，也要动动脑筋。所谓零八宪章，看起来像是弱智的X奴声嘶力竭地做秀。这种作秀过去表演得太多了。没人多少中国人认为政治不需要改革。要说反马列共产反专制，有多少人不反？但是，改革显然不会盲从X奴叛国贼们的主子国的模式。中国也决不可能像美国那样，让一群白种基督教清教徒跑去把中国人都杀死，然后成为一个移民国家。中国是炎黄子孙中华民族的中国。叛国贼们应该明白这一点。 -浙太湖 (留言) 2008年12月14日 (日) 03:41 (UTC)

条目的描述有很大问题。“由于内容敏感，迄12月11日止发起人中已有两人被中国政府逮捕。[1][2]”，请问，这些人被逮捕是因为发表一个零八宪章被逮捕的吗？一个盗贼或者杀人犯如果也来发表零八宪章，难道就不能逮捕了？刘晓波被逮捕不是因为非法传销基督教被逮捕的？很显然，不可能谁发表一个零八宪章中共就逮捕他。另外，反共和反中国是两回事情。聪明人应该明白，不反马列主义，就不能爱中国，就像不反犹太人的基督教，就不能爱中华文化、不能爱中国一样。在我看来，其中不少人不仅仅反共，而且反中国。况且，现在的中共，已经发生了转变，和马列共产已经有所区别，虽然名义上在说马克思主义，但实质上是反马列主义的，并不搞共产和血腥的无产阶级专政，在一定程度上支持中国文化（但并不是怀着对中国文化信仰的虔诚，而只是出于利用的目的而已）。而且，在一定程度上出现了权贵资本主义，到处存在资本家和官僚勾结、官商勾结的现象。 -浙太湖 (留言) 2008年12月14日 (日) 04:36 (UTC)
