My library system wasn't able to get a copy of Knuckle's book through the inter-library loan system, and used copies start at over $500, so I haven't been able to read it. I read the book online, so no need to pay for it. The site where I read it claims to offer a limited preview only. However I was able to read the entire book by accessing it at different times.
