February 2016[edit]

Hello, I'm Donner60. I noticed that you recently removed some content from Contract killing  with this edit, without explaining why. In the future, it would be helpful to others if you described your changes to Wikipedia with an edit summary. If this was a mistake, don't worry, the removed content has been restored. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thanks. Donner60 (talk) 02:48, 18 February 2016 (UTC)[reply]

If this is a shared IP address, and you did not make the edits, consider creating an account for yourself so you can avoid further irrelevant notices.
IP addresses get reassigned. Since this was just noticed almost five years later, it was almost certainly intended for someone who had this IP address in the past and made a questionable or other type of edit not in line with Wikipedia guidelines. I am striking this message because, even though obviously old and outdated, it should be noted that the current person who has this IP address must not be the user who this was intended for some years ago. By the way, since no further messages were left, the person was perhaps not a "vandal" but just someone unfamiliar with the guidelines. Maybe the edit was viewed as a personal opinion rather than a verified fact. Donner60 (talk) 01:39, 7 January 2021 (UTC)[reply]
