You and most of your countrymen do not have a future. Your country is already becoming a bigger North Korea. Eventually, things will stop working as they are supposed to. The system is already cracking. It will all happen very quickly. One pillar is blown out, and the whole tower comes collapsing. I predict that the collapse of the Russian Federation will occur very quickly, although I can't say precisely when the collapse will definitively begin from now. My best advice to you sir, if you want to have a good life, is to leave Russia for another country (preferably not a similarly oppressive country such as China), and get some therapy and healing. Take your family out of Russia with you, take everything that is important to you or necessary for your journey. And never look back, unless you are interested in picking up the pieces of what is left after the aforementioned collapse. This is the only way that you are going to have a meaningful and happy life from this point forward. If you choose to stay, like many others, your life will only be filled with misery and pain in the future, largely self-inflicted by your incompetent government and oblivious fellow citizens.
