Hersi Said moved to draftspace[edit]

An article you recently created, Hersi Said, does not have enough sources and citations as written to remain published. It needs more citations from reliable, independent sources. (?) Information that can't be referenced should be removed (verifiability is of central importance on Wikipedia). I've moved your draft to draftspace (with a prefix of "Draft:" before the article title) where you can incubate the article with minimal disruption. When you feel the article meets Wikipedia's general notability guideline and thus is ready for mainspace, please click on the "Submit your draft for review!" button at the top of the page. October 2020[edit]

Hello, 4realtz. Thank you for helping to build Wikipedia-- the world's largest free content encyclopedia. I'm sorry, but a page you created  Senzo Mbatha has been deleted as meeting one or more of the Categories for Speedy Deletion.

Wikipedia is an encyclopedia-- subjects of articles must meet notability guidelines with reliable sources which are unconnected with the subject and which provide verifiable information. Someone unconnected with the subject needs to have written a great deal about the subject. Also, encyclopedia articles must be neutral in tone and not use language that promotes or advocates for a subject, or tries to cast the subject in a favorable light. Sometimes creators of promotional/advocational content are bewildered that it is considered such. If one has been trained to write such content, or if one has spent some time writing such content, one may simply be blind to non-neutral phrases or styles. A common assumption is that the prohibition against promotional editing applies only to businesses or organizations. Anything can be promoted, including a person, a non-commercial organization, a point of view, etc. and CV/resumé's are by their nature promotional. Writing about oneself or any connected subject is discouraged,as the connection can make objectivity difficult. Information on avoiding advocational content and common pitfalls is here and here, however be aware that these are not exhaustive.

New article creation can be difficult, but the Article Wizard can help you. The new user tutorial can help you avoid future problems. You can also ask for help at the TEAHOUSE

4realtz, just a comment about this: looking at the history of this draft, you have moved it from draftspace to mainspace three times and it was moved back three times because the lack of sources had not been addressed. It's good that you submitted it for review through Articles for Creation instead of just moving it back yet again, but you should consider the fact that it had been moved into draftspace for a reason, so submitting it without editing it at all was doomed to fail. By the way, if you should move the draft to mainspace without providing more sources about the person, I'm pretty sure it would be nominated for deletion instead of being moved back again. All the sources in the article now are about some other topic, Said's name is just mentioned in connection with that topic. What's required to show notability is multiple independent sources that are specifically about Said, and consist of more than a brief mention. --bonadea contributions talk 07:55, 14 October 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Hello 4realtz. The nature of your edits gives the impression you have an undisclosed financial stake in promoting a topic, but you have not complied with Wikipedia's mandatory paid editing disclosure requirements. Paid advocacy is a category of conflict of interest (COI) editing that involves being compensated by a person, group, company or organization to use Wikipedia to promote their interests. Undisclosed paid advocacy is prohibited by our policies on neutral point of view and what Wikipedia is not, and is an especially serious type of COI; the Wikimedia Foundation regards it as a "black hat" practice akin to black-hat search-engine optimization.

Paid advocates are very strongly discouraged from direct article editing, and should instead propose changes on the talk page of the article in question if an article exists. If the article does not exist, paid advocates are extremely strongly discouraged from attempting to write an article at all. At best, any proposed article creation should be submitted through the articles for creation process, rather than directly.

Regardless, if you are receiving or expect to receive compensation for your edits, broadly construed, you are required by the Wikimedia Terms of Use to disclose your employer, client and affiliation. You can post such a mandatory disclosure to your user page at User:4realtz. The template {{Paid}} can be used for this purpose – e.g. in the form: {{paid|user=4realtz|employer=InsertName|client=InsertName}}. If I am mistaken – you are not being directly or indirectly compensated for your edits – please state that in response to this message. Otherwise, please provide the required disclosure. In either case, do not edit further until you answer this message. GSS💬 07:00, 13 January 2021 (UTC)[reply]

It is not true that i get paid for the articles i create, its just i am new to Wikipedia and all those articles i create its either about some people which are notable in my country and well known as, but they have no article here on wikipedia about them, so as a beginner who Becomes addicted to wikipedia and want to improve my experience and later on start to help wikimedia foundation as administrator, so i keep on creating articles but about the peoples i know (not close to them). Block notice[edit]

Stop icon
You have been blocked indefinitely from editing for abusing multiple accounts as a sockpuppet of User:Molee4real per the evidence presented at Wikipedia:Sockpuppet investigations/Molee4real. Note that multiple accounts are allowed, but not for illegitimate reasons, and any contributions made while evading blocks or bans may be reverted or deleted.
If you think there are good reasons for being unblocked, please read the guide to appealing blocks, then add the following text below the block notice on your talk page: {{unblock|reason=Your reason here ~~~~}}.

Unfortunately, because of your statement above that the Molee4real (talk · contribs) account belongs to you, I'm afraid I have to block this account from editing. In order to continue editing, you will need to appeal your block successfully, addressing the reasons why your former account was blocked and why the block is no longer necessary to prevent disruption to the encyclopedia.
