Please help by using more complete footnotes

By avoiding WP:BAREURLS, dead links, 404, wp:linkrot can be more easily remedied. You can use a wp:template such as template:cite web to aid in adding filling out references. There is also wp:twinkle which has aids. I think you would need to get an wp:account to use twinkle.

Question: There was an early launch vehicle which had a roundal target painted on the side. Have you heard of this? I remember seeing it on a vehicle being launched in the '60s, but have not been able to find an image. British and American spellings
