Notice about Balkans articles[edit]

In a 2007 arbitration case, administrators were given the power to impose discretionary sanctions on any user working on articles concerning the Balkans. Before any such sanctions are imposed, editors are to be put on notice of the decision. This notice is not to be taken as implying any inappropriate behaviour on your part, merely to warn you of the Arbitration Committee's decision. Thank you. -- Ricky81682 (talk) 10:47, 23 January 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Tito[edit]

If you know other reliable sources, provide them at Talk:Josip Broz Tito. General statements that they exist aren't productive. -- Ricky81682 (talk) 19:27, 23 January 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Request reason:

but I want know Spellcast's reasons of this sockpuppetry! Where is proof of this sock? I would like to meet this guy! You admins can suspect sockpuppetry of DIREKTOR and other accounts who have the same POV then to ban them: Spellcast's twisted logic is based on nonsense suspect which is blatant applied against who don't have his POV! For example, in this case: who is other banned user in Spellcast's wrong mind? Spellcast has the same DIREKTOR's political agenda! In this other case DIREKTOR reported Barba Nane claiming sockpuppetry of user:Luigi 28 and an admin banned him but here AlasdairGreen27 asserts The initial checkuser test about you was a false positive. You are not PIO, I know that. PIO was infantry, you are officer material. Your language style is different from PIO, your contributions are different, your ability to use sources is different and here Luigi asserts PIO is a real idiot: it is shameful to be compared to him. Evidence: Luigi is not Pio and if Barba Nane is other account of Luigi, no violation did it! Evidence: admins don't understand and are wrong in almost all cases! I request immediate unblock for blatant mistake in good or suspect bad faith of POV pushing admin!--ANTE RAKELA (talk) 5:13 am, Today (UTC−5)

Request reason:

but I don't discuss my behavior because Spellcast must explain his blatant meatpuppetry in DIREKTOR's political agenda! evidence are here:

  • 1 Spellcast blaming alleged nationalists, friendly discuss with fanatic communist Yugoslav nationalist DIREKTOR!
  • 2 nationalist DIREKTOR in other one edit war against honest Italian editors!
  • 3Spellcast banned a my countryman!
  • 4 Spellcast banned other account with edits only on sport!

My question is: does Spellcast consider PIO a globe trotter or he is total unreliable individual gambler?--ANTE RAKELA (talk) 16:35, 27 January 2010 (UTC)[reply]
