Hello. Your image is constantly getting deleted because you didn't provide information on its license. It's checked by a bot, and bot just checks for copyright tags (special templates - you get to choose the type of license when you upload the file). Now what to do: just permission wouldn't fly there. We need the appropriate license so everything is legal. Right now the photograph is copyrighted by the photographer and she gave permission to use it on Wikipedia. It is generally not enough. I tagged it with a "fair use" tag and "with permission" too. However it would be best if you could ask her to release it for any purpose (not just for Wikipedia) (the wording is as follows: {{Attribution}}). Or maybe release it under some free license, such as GFDL, Creative Commons (perhaps she lnows what these mean). Grue 21:34, 3 October 2006 (UTC)[reply]
